Palmito at UBE & pistachio

We love adding UBEYA to gourmet recipes! Here, we have fun reinventing palmiers to make them unique, ultra simple to make and even more irresistible.

It's fun, quick and perfect for an afternoon snack or a sweet treat.

Ingredients
1 pack of Palmito biscuits
50g of white chocolate
1 heaped teaspoon of UBEYA powder
Pistachio pieces

Preparation
Melt the white chocolate in a double boiler or in the microwave.

Add the UBEYA powder by sifting it and then mix thoroughly.

Dip the palmiers halfway in the UBEYA chocolate and then directly into the pistachio pieces.

Arrange the strips flat on a tray covered with parchment paper and place in the refrigerator for a few minutes to allow the chocolate to set.

Then enjoy.
