Biscuits ultra faciles aux amandes & UBEYA

Ultra-easy almond cookies & UBEYA

Here's a recipe with delicious notes of almonds, maple syrup, and UBEYA. Ultra simple and quick to make, it requires no special equipment and offers a melt-in-your-mouth, indulgent result.

Ingredients

For the biscuits
120g of almond flour
120g of almond butter
50 g of maple syrup

For the icing
90g of white chocolate
1 teaspoon of UBEYA powder

Preparation

The biscuits
Pour all the ingredients into a large bowl and mix with a spoon until you obtain a smooth paste.

Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Form balls of about 20g in the palm of your hands and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.

Lightly flatten each biscuit with a fork, forming a grid pattern.

Bake for approximately 15 minutes.

Allow them to cool completely before removing them from the baking sheet and proceeding with the icing.

The icing
Melt the white chocolate in a double boiler or in the microwave.

Add the sifted UBEYA powder and then mix.

Dip half of each biscuit in the chocolate and place in the refrigerator for about ten minutes to harden.

Recipe note
Monitor the cooking process and extend it slightly if necessary, depending on your oven.

You can substitute peanut butter for almond butter.

Anti-waste tip: with leftover chocolate, add a little plant-based milk and heat gently to obtain a delicious hot drink.

These biscuits can be kept for several days in an airtight container.
