Ingredients
4 g of UBEYA powder
45 ml of lukewarm filtered water
10 ml of yuzu juice
10 ml of agave or maple syrup
5 ml of orange blossom water
20 cl of sparkling water
Preparation
Pour the UBEYA into the glass using a spouted bowl, add the water and whisk with your chasen for 1 minute to obtain a homogeneous and frothy liquid.
In the glass, pour the yuzu juice, agave syrup, orange blossom water and mix.
Add some ice cubes, pour in the sparkling water and top with the UBEYA.
Dip the glass straw in, stir and enjoy!
Recipe note
Remember to always wet your whisk before using it to prevent the bristles from breaking. Then rinse it under clean water after use.
