White chocolate latte & marshmallows
White chocolate and UBEYA are an absolutely perfect duo! The vanilla sweetness of the white chocolate combined with the slightly nutty notes of UBEYA creates perfect harmony. This drink, topped with large, soft marshmallows, is sure to win you over!
This is one of our favorite recipes!
Ingredients
25 cl of oat milk
5 g of UBEYA powder
60 ml of hot water (no more than 70°C)
10 ml of white chocolate flavored syrup (Monin)
A few marshmallows
Preparation
Heat your oat milk as you normally would.
Prepare the UBEYA: sift the powder, add hot water and whisk for 1 minute to obtain a smooth, lump-free and frothy liquid.
Pour the syrup into a cup, add the hot milk, the prepared UBEYA and finish with some marshmallows which will soften in the hot drink and add even more indulgence!
Recipe note
Remember to always dampen your whisk before using it to avoid damaging and breaking the bristles. Then rinse your whisk under hot water to remove any powder residue.
