Ingredients :
20 cl of pineapple juice
5 g of UBEYA powder
60 ml of water at 70°C
Preparation :
In your mixing bowl with a spout, add the UBEYA and water, then whisk everything together with your chasen (or a small whisk) until you obtain a smooth, lump-free, and slightly frothy liquid. Whisk for about 1 minute.
Add a few ice cubes to your glass, pour in the pineapple juice, the prepared UBE, mix and enjoy!
Recipe note
❗️Remember to always soak the bristles of your whisk in hot water before using it to prevent breakage. Then rinse it with clean water after use.
