If you like chai, that spiced black tea infused in hot milk, and you enjoy UBEYA, this warm and comforting drink might just become your new favorite.
Ingredients
20 cl of barista oat milk
1 to 2 bags of chai-type spiced black tea
10 ml of maple syrup
5 g of UBEYA powder
60 to 70 ml of water at approximately 75°C
Mini marshmallows
Preparation
In a saucepan, pour the oat milk, tea and maple syrup.
Heat over low heat, stirring and regularly squeezing the sachets to release the aromas.
After a few minutes, remove from heat and let it steep covered while you prepare the UBEYA.
In a bowl, add the UBEYA powder, pour in the hot water and whisk until you obtain a smooth and slightly frothy drink.
Remove the tea bags by squeezing them well, then pour the chai into a cup.
Add the UBEYA on top.
Finish with some mini marshmallows, quickly toast them with a blowtorch if desired, then enjoy.
