Desert Roses

We all know those dark chocolate cornflake clusters! They're crunchy, quite nostalgic, and so delicious.

We offer a delicious version made with white chocolate and UBEYA powder. Will you prefer this version to the classic one?

Ingredients
120g of corn flakes (preferably without added sugar)
150g of white chocolate
15g of coconut oil
5 g of UBEYA powder

Preparation
Melt the white chocolate and coconut oil in a double boiler.

Once the white chocolate is partially melted, let it melt gently off the heat.

Sift the UBEYA powder over the melted chocolate and mix with a whisk to incorporate it well.

Pour the corn flakes into a bowl and add the UBEYA chocolate.

Mix everything together so that the corn flakes are completely coated.

Form small mounds and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Keep refrigerated for 30 to 45 minutes and then enjoy.

Store in the fridge in an airtight container.
